Klaus Rosenhagen, lawyer
Klaus Rosenhagen was born in Bremen.
He studied law, political economics and philosophy in Saarbrücken and Munich.
The stages as a candidate for higher civil service he spent in London with the law firm Nabarro Nathanson and with John Melville Williams QC, Old Square Chamber, Lincolns Inn.
His admission to the bar was in 1989.
Klaus Rosenhagen is a partner of ZWIPF ROSENHAGEN RECHTSANWÄLTE.
His focus of activities is on the counselling of IT and software companies, companies of the technological and construction sector as well as on the counselling of artists and different cultural institutions. In particular, he gives advice (in German and English) in the fields of copyright and media law, trademarks, design and technological and copyright licensing.
Besides, he is active in different branches in an honorary capacity.
